Return

We operate a 14 day return policy. This means that you have 14 days after receiving your product(s) to request a return.

Damages and problems
Please inspect your order upon receipt and contact us immediately if the item is faulty, damaged or if you receive the wrong item so that we can assess the problem and make it right.

Exceptions
Food supplements cannot be returned for hygienic reasons if the seal is broken.

Refunds
We will notify you once we have received and checked your return and let you know if the refund has been approved or not. If approved, you will be automatically refunded to your original payment method. Please note that it may take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund.
